Can I send you pictures or a list to get an offer?

Accepted Answer

We must visually inspect the cards in person. That includes customers sending us the cards - especially since the conditions can have a huge impact on the value.

BUT: If you have a CSV file which contains Cardmarket or Scryfall IDs, we can give a preliminary evaluation.

Do you buy ALL cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept all Magic: The Gathering cards for collection purchases. No matter what the language or condition is.

But we do not buy sealed product.

Question 3

Which payment methods do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer PayPal and International Bank transfers. We will also make sure to cover Banking fees for International Bank transfers.

We do NOT offer Bitcoin payouts, because we only deal with real money.

Question 4

What happens if I do not like the offer?

Accepted Answer

You remain the legal owner of your collection until you have accepted the offer. Therefore, we can send the whole collection back to you in case the offer is not sufficient.

Keep in mind that our offers are usually all-or-nothing, so you can request a full return of your cards, but not a partial one (e.g. only sending back Bulk cards)

How much do you pay for Bulk?

Accepted Answer

We do not make Bulk prices transparent to prevent scalpers sending in masses of common bulk. They are very low, even compared to other collection buyers, and yes that is on purpose.

Question 6

Which security measures are in place to prevent losses and theft?

Accepted Answer

There is a full range of security measures in place to prevent losses. For parcels, we recommend to send a maximum value of 500€ per parcel, because carriers such as DHL or UPS only insure Trading Cards for up to 500€. Try splitting your collection among 2 or 3 parcels to distribute the value accordingly, and avoid a complete loss in case a parcel gets lost. We are also situated right next to Frankfurt airport, so if you plan a visit to Germany in the near future, this might be your perfect chance to come here in person.

Once arrived, we open your parcel under surveillance. That way we document what is inside of the parcel, and make sure nothing has been lost on the way.

If anything should go wrong, we will fully support you in getting your money back from the carrier. We have years of experience in E-Commerce and are always happy to help in such cases!
